Joelle Maslaton Oster
Founder & Principal Designer
Joelle Maslaton Oster founded Studio Joelle after training at Instituto Marangoni in Milan and building her experience across São Paulo and New York.
Over 25 years, her work has developed across hotels, restaurants, residences, and commercial spaces internationally. She has been recognized among Vogue Brazil’s Top 50 Most Influential People and has served as a jury member for the World’s Best Hotel Awards.
The studio works on a limited number of projects.
Our Philosophy

Every project begins with a private session — a deep conversation about vision, identity, and the story a space needs to tell. We don’t propose a direction until we understand what we’re designing toward.

We develop spatial narratives using both traditional design thinking and AI-assisted visualization. You see your space before it exists. That clarity changes everything.
Execution
From design development through final installation, we oversee every detail. The concept we build together is the space you move into.

Trained at Technion Institute and recruited by I.M. Pei in 1989, Avi Oster specializes in high-end residential and commercial architecture with focus on spatial innovation and material excellence.
