When should a designer join?
Before the lease is signed if possible. The layout decides how many seats, and seats decide the business.
Can you work with our kitchen designer?
Yes. We plan the dining room around the kitchen and the service.
Do you design outside New York?
Yes. Our restaurant work includes Paris.
